Scope

This website is a personal portfolio operated by Sebastián Hudák. It is intended to present engineering work, education, experience, and contact information. The website is built as a static site and is designed to collect as little personal data as reasonably possible.

This notice follows the transparency information normally required under the GDPR for EU and EEA visitors, including the identity of the controller, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention criteria, data subject rights, and complaint options.

Third-party font requests: this site currently loads Google Fonts. Your browser may send technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested font files to Google when Inter and Space Grotesk are loaded.

Please do not send special categories of personal data, confidential information, or proprietary information through the contact form unless it is necessary and you are authorised to do so.

Providing contact data is voluntary. If you do not provide a valid way to contact you, I may not be able to reply. Technical access data is generated automatically when your browser requests this website and is necessary to deliver the pages.

5. Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. The criteria used are:

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship or request.
Messages related to projects, collaboration, or legal matters may be kept longer where necessary for records or legal claims.
Technical server logs are retained according to the hosting provider's security and operations policies.
Aggregated statistics that no longer identify a visitor may be kept for longer.

This site is hosted as a static website using GitHub Pages. GitHub and related infrastructure providers may process technical access data to deliver the website and protect the service.

If you contact me, your message may be processed by the email services used by you and by me. Personal data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.

Google may receive technical request data when Inter and Space Grotesk are loaded through Google Fonts. Social platforms or other external services may receive data only when you open their links or when your browser requests their resources.

Some providers may be located outside the EU/EEA. Where such transfers occur, they are handled by those providers under their own terms, safeguards, and privacy notices. External links are not controlled by this website.

You can exercise these rights through the contact page. I may need enough information to verify the request. Requests will be handled without undue delay and normally within one month, unless the GDPR allows more time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local EU/EEA data protection authority.

This website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.

8. Cookies And Analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking pixels, or cross-site marketing trackers. In the current site code, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set by this website.

If cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics is added in the future, this notice should be updated before or at the time of that change, including the provider, purpose, data categories, legal basis, and retention.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to keep this website minimal and reduce unnecessary data collection. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so avoid sending sensitive or confidential information through ordinary email or web forms.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, page layout, project descriptions, and personal portfolio material on this website are created by Sebastián Hudák.

Some company logos, trademarks, product images, project images, and brand materials may belong to their respective owners. They are used for portfolio, identification, commentary, and demonstration purposes. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Specific third-party references used in public-facing project visuals are listed here rather than being repeated directly on the image where a cleaner presentation is preferred.

Homepage hero wireframe reference: the hero background wireframe visual is based on public F-1 engine configuration reference material published by Heroic Relics .
Icons: some interface and social icon assets are adapted from resources provided by Simple Icons, Open Motor, CEA, RPA, SVG Repo.
